Service Maintenance
Notice
To better
serve TalkPro customers, we have moved our H.323 servers to a
new colo center. IP addresses of the servers will be changed as below.
64.77.238.220 ->
208.74.73.16
218.30.38.205 ->
210.52.67.183
194.181.2.64 -> no change
but service will be affected
Services
for IP phone numbers starting with 8 working on SIP platform will
not be affected. Services for IP phone numbers starting with 6
including registration, phone calls and My Account login will be
suspended starting 10:00 am Friday Oct. 26,
2007 US Pacific Time. Depending on DNS spreading for new IPs
to be effective, services will be resumed within
3 to 48 hours.

If you are using SIP
account with IP phone number starting with 8, you are not affected.

If you are using USB
phone, please try to restart your software after
1:00 pm on that day.

If you are using B series
phone adaptor, you just wait until services resume. The service
light will turn on when services resume. If it doesn’t work after
8:00 pm on that day, please power off the
adaptor, wait 1 minute and power on again.

If you are using R series
(R-100, R-130, R-160) phone, please
check whether the phone is using domain name or IP address. Press
“SET/OK”, “DOWN” and “OK”, you will see service address. If it is
ZONE0 or ZONE1, you just wait until services resume. If it doesn’t
work after 8:00 pm on that day, please
power off the phone, wait 1 minute and power on again.
If the R phone shows IP address
listed above, please enter new IP address. You should press “OK” and
enter new IP address such as 208*74*73*16. Press “OK” and “ESC”
twice. You will be asked “Save To Flash?”. Press “OK” to save it and
wait a few seconds until service resumed.
We are
sorry for the interruption and any inconvenience. If you have
important phone calls need to make during that time, you can
transfer your account to SIP platform. Please contact your local
agent or write to
supports@aicosystems.com including your IP phone number, phone
model, password and balance in the account. It involves some basic
computer knowledge to make the phone working on SIP platform.
