Services for IP phone numbers starting with 6 including registration, phone calls and My Account login will be suspended starting 10:00 am Friday Oct. 26, 2007 US Pacific Time. Depending on DNS spreading for new IPs to be effective, services will be resumed within 3 to 48 hours.

If the R phone shows IP address listed above, please enter new IP address. You should press “OK” and enter new IP address such as 208*74*73*16. Press “OK” and “ESC” twice. You will be asked “Save To Flash?”. Press “OK” to save it and wait a few seconds until service resumed.

We are sorry for the interruption and any inconvenience. If you have important phone calls need to make during that time, you can transfer your account to SIP platform. Please contact your local agent or write to supports@aicosystems.com including your IP phone number, phone model, password and balance in the account. It involves some basic computer knowledge to make the phone working on SIP platform.
