Every TalkPro phone can be associated with one or more local telephone numbers from any city in the world where you request.  When you signup for TalkPro's WorldPass service, a local telephone number from any city (i.e. where most people call you from) can be connected to your TalkPro phone.  Consequently, when local people in that city want to contact you, all they need is to dial a local telephone number to reach you, no matter where you are located in the world.  For example, if you live in Los Angeles, USA, and your friends, family and/or business are located in Shanghai, China, you can request a Shanghai local phone number through the WorldPass service.  Once the number is set up, it will allow your friends, family and/or business to call you simply by dialing the Shanghai local phone number, as a result, they will not be charged for any international rate from their telephone service, and you will be able to receive your calls wherever you are.
