If you need to upgrade manually through a computer,  please download upgrade tools. The easiest way is to follow below steps to upgrade online through the phone.

Make sure that your phone is connected to the Internet.

Press the “SET/OK” button once.
You will first see the “TCP/IP Settings” option.

Press the “DOWN” button 2 times.
You will see the “Advanced Settings” option.

Press the “SET/OK” button.
Press the “Down” button once.
You will see the “Upgrade Now!” option.

Press the “SET/OK” button 2 times to confirm and start upgrading.

Your phone will download and rewrite the new software into itself.
Wait for your phone to finish the process and reset.

Press the “SET/OK” button once.
Press the “UP” button once.
You will see the “Setting Options” option.

Press the “SET/OK” button.
Press the “UP” button once.
You will see the “Restore Factory” option.

Press the “SET/OK” button to restore.
The upgrade is finished after your phone reset.

Your TCP/IP and Account settings will remain the same, and you don’t need to input them again.
